Which custom pin badge types can I choose?+
The range includes hard enamel, soft enamel, rainbow plated, printed, PVC and printed button badges. Each product page explains the surface and artwork fit in more detail.
What is the difference between hard and soft enamel pins?+
Hard enamel has a smooth face because the colour fill is polished level with the metal lines. Soft enamel leaves the colour recessed, so the metal outlines remain raised.
Should I choose printed or enamel pin badges?+
Printed pins suit artwork with closely spaced detail or tonal colour. Enamel separates colour areas with visible metal lines, so the design needs to work within that structure.
How are printed button badges different?+
A button badge carries printed artwork across the face and around its curved edge. The confirmed minimum for printed button badges is 30 pieces.
Do I need finished artwork before I enquire?+
No. Send finished artwork, a sketch or the idea you are starting with. Artwork is free, and we’ll work through any changes with you before approval.
How long will my order take?+
Standard lead time is typically 3–4 weeks after artwork approval. Delivery is included with every order.
Can you help if I have a deadline?+
Express may be available where feasible. Include the required date with your first enquiry so it can be checked.
