What is a 3D pin badge?+
A 3D pin badge uses moulded or raised sections to give the artwork a dimensional profile rather than a completely flat face.
How detailed can a printed patch be?+
Printing allows substantial visual detail, but a finished patch still has physical dimensions. We will check tiny text and microscopic details at actual size.
Can printed patches have small text?+
Yes, within practical limits. Print can reproduce finer lettering than embroidery, but it must still be readable at finished size.
Can printed patches use lots of colours?+
Yes. Numerous colours are particularly suited to printing because artwork does not need dividing into individual thread colours.
