Here's what you need to know before sending us your design.
For the best results, vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF are ideal. These allow your design to be resized and adapted without losing quality.
High-resolution PNG, JPG and PDF files can also be used in many cases. If you're unsure whether your artwork is suitable, simply send us what you have and we'll take a look.
Review the detailStart with what you have
That's absolutely fine. You don't need to be a graphic designer to order custom merchandise. You can send us a logo, rough sketch, photograph, reference image or description of what you'd like to create. Our artwork team can use this as a starting point to prepare a digital design suitable for your chosen product.
Artwork and production detail
Different manufacturing methods have different limitations.
Fine lines, tiny text, gradients and very small details may need to be adjusted when creating embroidered patches, woven patches, PVC patches or enamel badges.
We'll adapt your artwork where necessary while keeping the finished design as close as possible to your original idea.
Before your custom merchandise goes into production, you will receive a digital artwork proof showing how your design will be produced.
Check the colours, spelling, dimensions, layout and other details carefully. Changes can be made at the artwork stage, and production won't begin until the final design has been approved.
