Which custom hat types can I choose?+

Should I choose a beanie or a cap?+
Choose a beanie for a flexible knitted headwear shape. Choose a baseball cap or snapback when you want a more structured front area and peak.
What is the difference between baseball and snapback hats?+
Both are cap formats. The snapback is defined here by its structured shape and adjustable back fastening, while the baseball hat uses the more familiar curved-peak format.
Can I start with an existing logo?+
Yes. Send the logo you have and tell us the hat type and preferred placement. We will prepare the production artwork and revise it with you before approval.
What should I include in a headwear enquiry?+
Include the logo or idea, preferred hat style, approximate quantity, placement and any deadline.
Do I need finished artwork before I enquire?+
No. Send finished artwork, a sketch or the idea you are starting with. Artwork is free, and we’ll work through any changes with you before approval.
How long will my order take?+
Standard lead time is typically 3–4 weeks after artwork approval. Delivery is included with every order.
Can you help if I have a deadline?+
Express may be available where feasible. Include the required date with your first enquiry so it can be checked.
