Generally, no. Minimum quantities apply per individual design because different designs may require separate tooling, setup or artwork preparation.

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF are ideal, but we can also work with high-resolution PNG, JPG and PDF files.

That's no problem. Send us a sketch, photograph, logo, reference image or idea. Our artwork team can prepare a suitable design for production once your order has been placed.

Yes. You'll receive a digital artwork proof to review before manufacturing begins. Changes can be requested before final approval.

Yes. Changes can be made during the artwork stage. Once artwork is approved and production has started, further changes may not be possible.

Yes. Small text, thin lines and intricate details may need adjusting depending on the manufacturing process. We can adapt your design to help achieve the best finished result.

Yes. If you have Pantone/PMS references, send them with your artwork and we'll use them as a colour reference for production.

Not necessarily. Screens display colours differently, and materials such as embroidery thread, woven thread, enamel, PVC and printed inks can reproduce colours differently. Pantone references provide a more reliable colour reference.

Yes. Most products can be manufactured in bespoke sizes and shapes, subject to any limitations of the chosen manufacturing process.

Options depend on the product and can include iron-on, sew-on and hook-and-loop patch backings, plus different plating, attachments and finishes for metal products.

Production times vary by product, quantity and workload. As a general guide, allow a minimum of 2–3 weeks for production after artwork approval.

Delivery dates and lead times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Manufacturing or courier delays can occur outside our control, so we recommend ordering early for fixed events or deadlines.

Yes. We supply customers throughout the UK and Ireland, with free delivery available on our custom orders.

Our range includes embroidered patches, woven patches, printed patches, PVC patches, enamel badges, keyrings, medals, challenge coins, metal plaques, labels and more. If you can't see the product you're looking for, get in touch as we may still be able to help.

Embroidered patches have a raised, textured finish and work particularly well for bold designs. Woven patches use finer threads, making them better suited to smaller lettering and intricate details.

Iron-on backing is robust and suitable for many applications. For clothing or items washed very regularly, we recommend adding stitching for extra security.

Sample options depend on the product and manufacturing method. Custom products often require tooling and setup, so producing a single physical sample isn't always economical. Ask us about the options available for your product.
