Which custom patch types can I choose?+
Choose from embroidered, woven, PVC rubber, chenille and leather patches. Embroidery gives visible stitched texture; woven is flatter; PVC is moulded; chenille is tufted; and leather keeps the material visible.
How do I choose the right patch type?+
Start with the surface you want and the smallest detail that must remain clear. The finished size, outside shape and item the patch will attach to also help narrow the choice. Send us the artwork if you would like us to compare suitable options.
Should I choose embroidered or woven patches?+
Embroidered patches give you a raised, visibly stitched surface. Woven patches are flatter and smoother, which can suit fine lines or small lettering. Send us the artwork and we can compare the two with you.
Which patch backing should I choose?+
Iron-on backing uses heat on suitable fabrics, sew-on fixes the patch around its edge, and hook-and-loop makes it removable. Tell us what the patch will attach to so the backing can be considered alongside the patch type.
How many patches do I need to order?+
The minimum order for patches is 20 pieces.
Do I need finished artwork before I enquire?+
No. A logo, sketch, reference image or rough idea is enough to start. Artwork is free, with changes worked through with you before production, and production only begins after you approve the final design.
When will my patches arrive?+
The standard lead time is typically 3–4 weeks after artwork approval. Delivery is included with every order.

Express production may be available where feasible. Include the deadline with your enquiry so we can check it.
