The range includes metal-led challenge coins and enamel coins. The main difference is whether raised and recessed metal or defined enamel colour carries more of the design.
What is the difference between challenge coins and enamel coins?+
A metal-led challenge coin relies mainly on relief and the visible metal surface. An enamel coin adds defined colour areas within the metal detail.
Can colour be part of a custom coin design?+
Choose the enamel coin option when defined colour needs to be part of the face. A metal-led coin is better suited when relief and the metal surface should do most of the work.
What artwork works well on a challenge coin?+
Start with one clear emblem or mark, then add only the names, dates or short wording that still read at the intended size. We will prepare the production artwork before approval.

Do I need finished artwork before I enquire?+
No. Send finished artwork, a sketch or the idea you are starting with. Artwork is free, and we’ll work through any changes with you before approval.
