What is a minimum order quantity?
A minimum order quantity is the smallest number of pieces we make of a custom design. The minimum depends on the product. Confirmed minimums for several ranges are listed below.

Why custom products have a minimum
Each design is set up for production
Before anything is made, your artwork is prepared for production and the work is set up for your design. That set-up is needed whether the order is small or large.
The set-up is shared across the order
Making more pieces spreads the preparation and set-up across a larger order. A larger quantity can therefore cost less per piece, but compare prices for the same design, size and options.
You can see the price change with quantity
On products you can buy online, the price updates as you change the quantity. Prices may change at quantity bands rather than with every extra piece. For other products, ask us to quote for the quantities you are considering.
